Doug Chapski

Doug is a 2nd year PhD student in the MCIP Program at UCLA. He earned his B.S. in Cell & Molecular Biology and Spanish from Tulane University in New Orleans, where he worked in a developmental biology lab. He spent his summers at Harvard Medical School, studying the regulation of glutamine metabolism downstream of growth factor signaling and its implications in cancer. Doug enjoys using systems approaches to study global chromatin modifications that occur during heart failure.
