Irene Heading to MIT (April, 2016)

Irene Shih has been accepted by the MIT Department of Biology's PhD program. Irene is cautiously optimistic, knowing the long road ahead. When reached for a comment, her mentor, Manuel Rosa-Garrido said, "I think she's going to do well. She's well prepared."
