Alexa Jennings

Alexa Jennings is a UCLA undergraduate researcher majoring in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology and minoring in Biomedical Research. She is interested in researching the circadian rhythm's influence on neonatal and postnatal cardiac development in mice. Her work involves manipulating and assessing the expression of clock-controlled genes using a variety of molecular biology techniques. Aside from her lab activities, Alexa enjoys playing the violin in the UCLA Symphony and exploring several other musical instruments.
